Community building and meetups

Hi guys, I learned one thing and that is that replying to scribes, is not
the most succesfull way to throw in comments. But I wanted to raise the
issue of community building and how to go about it.

I saw alot of discussion about communication in one of the lastet scribes,
it is below.
We in Diwala are working on a skill identity service backed by current
identity providers but using did and vc's as core layer.

We are based in Norway and Uganda.
We are considering to start a discussion group, read meetup, around
decentralized identity in both countries, starting with Norway.

Any experience from the value of that?
Any experience to what has worked for you guys?

Is anyone nearby is interested to come to join one of the events?
And is there anyone with any experience in engaging with the government
around this?

Many questions, but hope for some insightful answers

Snorre
