It is not a corporation, because it does not have shares, it is not created for profit and it is not going to be owned by anyone. 
Also, it is not a usual foundation, because investors in Kudos will invest in them primarily because of their self-interest - to earn profit on Kudos appreciation; not because of the philanthropic motives, although they may also play a role.

In a sense, it is going to be a Global Central Bank, that will issue money directly to the people of the world and will be controlled by these people. The "by-product" of this bank's operations is going to be the set of core cooperation tools and services with the purpose to make cooperation between humans more optimal (reliable, transparent, efficient), protect human rights, well-being and digital sovereignty.
