These groups have been discussed w/ various members, mostly offline. You mentioned them about a year ago :) https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-credentials/2014Oct/0050.html They were also discussed on public-webpayments about a year ago too: https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webpayments/2014Oct/0114.html I can remember discussing them w/ Pindar and Primavera. In any case, yes we're aware of the projects and yes we think the goals are aligned. We should note some kind of relationship w/ the groups but don't have a point of contact that's deeply involved in the work yet. Any ideas? > This seems odd given that they appear to have very similar goals to > this group. Has there been any contact between the groups? There has been contact among group members in the Credentials CG and Web Payments CG to talk about how to get the groups to talk to each other, but no direct discussion yet. I think it just hasn't happened yet due to lack of time, not a lack of desire to figure out a way to collaborate. -- manu -- Manu Sporny (skype: msporny, twitter: manusporny, G+: +Manu Sporny) Founder/CEO - Digital Bazaar, Inc. blog: Web Payments: The Architect, the Sage, and the Moral Voice https://manu.sporny.org/2015/payments-collaboration/
