The examples given are both of an author or developer can successfully ensure unique ids, whereas all other examples in the F-documents are of failures to comply with the requirement.
This makes the page potentially confusing, since one looks to these examples expecting to see how one might end up with duplicate ids or similar.

Proposed Change:
Either remove the examples or replace them by examples of actual failures.
