Proposed Change: Change to: H79: Identifying the context for a link in a data table from table cell's content and headings associated for the cell Or Change to: H79: Identifying the purpose of a link in a data table using link text combined with the table cell's content and headings associated for the cell In fact the first format may be used for other such techniques (G53, H77, H78, H80) to make them briefer
