Do you mean that it doesn't matter whether the video player itself
meets SC or not. For example, even if it is not keyboard operable or
the play/stop/rewind/fast-forward/volume control button images don't
have alt text at all, the author can say that "This page does not
conform, but would conform to WCAG 2.0 at level A if the video player
from uncontrolled source was removed." Am I correct?
