RE: [WCAG2 TECHS] i18n comment 2: H34 use of entities

Unfortunately, there are still some problems with this technique. Since you
have merged your response into our comment #1 at
http://www.w3.org/International/reviews/0706-wcag2-techniques/ I will make
further comments in that thread, and recommend that this thread stops here.
