guideline 1.2:

Any time there is audio, it needs visual substitutability and the same with 
visually presented information needing textually substitutable material.  If 
it is something that is timed and interactive, an appropriate delivery 
mechanism needs to be available so that the content can be as barrier free 
as possible.
