Julie, Thanks for inviting me to speak yesterday. I deeply appreciate and respect the work that you have done and continue to do to help WCAG3 develop. Yesterday, I promised to get you a link to the most current Functional Needs document. I emailed Michael Cooper who used to lead this work. It is being transferred from AGWG to APA and has lost momentum (my words, not Michael's). Michael said that the Github document you referenced is indeed the latest version. I updated my wiki with the new information. Michael agrees that the document needs work, and that he is trying to get it restarted in APA. In the meantime, I think the table of contents is useful and helpful even though the document is largely blank. I understand that it is set up the way it currently is so that people can individual reference each of the Functional or User needs. I will be interested in your thoughts about it and look forward to meeting next week. jeanne
