2.1.3 "User agents, which support a DOM, must provide access to child documents." - Both of the commas in this sentence are superfluous and shouild be removed. - Why is this requirement seemingly subtly differently than the corresponding one in section 2.1.2? 2.1.2 does not restrict its requirement to user agents which support a DOM (although of course it is unclear how access would be provided without a DOM).
