Re: [BPMLOD] Next telco

Dear all,

we hope this email finds you all well and in good spirits. Firstly, we
would like to express our deepest condolences once again on the loss of
our beloved Thierry. It was truly heartbreaking to hear the news, and we
understand the profound impact it has had on all of us. Considering the
circumstances, we have decided to cancel the previously planned meeting
that was scheduled for end of June. We believe it is important to give
everyone the time and space needed to grieve and support one another.
Our colleague will be dearly missed, and we want to ensure that we honor
their memory appropriately.

Now, as we slowly move forward, we kindly request your cooperation in
expressing your availability for our next meeting. We have created a
poll to gather everyone's preferred dates and times, allowing us to find
a mutually suitable slot that accommodates as many people as possible.
To participate in the poll, please click on the following link:

https://framadate.org/2JUL572kcoblin25

Please take a few moments to complete the poll *by Monday the 17th of
July*, as we would like to finalize the meeting details as soon as
possible. Once we have gathered the responses, we will collate the
information and circulate an email with the confirmed meeting date,
time, and location.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Warm regards,

Katerina Gkirtzou, on behalf of the BPMLOD chairs
