Re: [BPMLOD] Next telco

Dear Katerina,
if I remember well, framate doesn't adapt to the respondent's time zone; so, is this CEST?
Thanks,
P

Dear all,

we hope this email finds you all well and in good spirits. Firstly, we would like to express our deepest condolences once again on the loss of our beloved Thierry. It was truly heartbreaking to hear the news, and we understand the profound impact it has had on all of us. Considering the circumstances, we have decided to cancel the previously planned meeting that was scheduled for end of June. We believe it is important to give everyone the time and space needed to grieve and support one another. Our colleague will be dearly missed, and we want to ensure that we honor their memory appropriately.

Now, as we slowly move forward, we kindly request your cooperation in expressing your availability for our next meeting. We have created a poll to gather everyone's preferred dates and times, allowing us to find a mutually suitable slot that accommodates as many people as possible. To participate in the poll, please click on the following link:

https://framadate.org/2JUL572kcoblin25

Please take a few moments to complete the poll by Monday the 17th of July, as we would like to finalize the meeting details as soon as possible. Once we have gathered the responses, we will collate the information and circulate an email with the confirmed meeting date, time, and location.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Warm regards,

Katerina Gkirtzou, on behalf of the BPMLOD chairs

Dear all,

After concertation with my fellow chairs, we have decided it is best to postpone tomorrow’s BPMLOD call, as we believe we all need time to grieve before we can return to the recommendation efforts.

We will circulate another doodle at a later date. No timeline is set for the moment.

Best regards,

Andon Tchechmedjiev, on behalf of the BPMLOD chairs

Dear all,

please ignore the link that I have previously send you. It was my mistake, eventually the link was not for a group poll. Apparently with the latest changes in the doodle functionality I didn't realise it.
I have now created a group poll for the next BPMLOD next telco in framadata that you can find here: https://framadate.org/2EFfNuHL5vZppXhi

Please your availability by Friday the 23rd of June end of business day. Note that timeslots are in CEST.
