I echo Sina's sentiments as well.  This is a huge loss and she should be remembered for all her great work to  move the accessibility needle.

Unsung hero doesn’t come close, but it’s all I got right now.

What a loss for the ARIA community! Carolyn will be greatly missed, but I hope her friends and family take comfort the fact that her efforts toward universal access will benefit generations to come.
