3.      Results of Call For Consensus / Final vote of the WG for making
request to take model, vocabulary, protocol drafts to Candidate
Recommendation. 
 
4.      Testing - the bulk of the meeting will be spent on this topic:
 
- update on model testing (Shane, Tim, et al.)
- plans for vocabulary testing
- plans for protocol testing 
- plans for interoperability demonstration
 
5. A.O.B. and then adjourn.
