stratml stratnav vs wiki - parsers vs no parser

to make the point again, as shared already

-  this CG is not about adopting promoting stratml per se, but as a means
for this CG to set its goals and trackes its achievements/progress

- I have started entering the goals (as declared in the opening mission
when the CG came together) in the plan using the stratnav app,  The goals
are going to be achieved via deliverables which at the moment are trough
talks and papers - I hve a research obect and a couple of models in the
works to tackle specific problems (related to explainability bias etc)
these will be shared as drafts and will be made available for comments and
contribution through this list

- StratML use in this CG seems mostly related to  Owen rendering and
listing the formatted resources, for which we are thankful, and through
Chris stratnav app which facilitates the use of stratml

- I have asked about the parser for stratml since it was first mentioned,
but I was told there isnt one
that however Jorge is working on one, have not yet seen it.  have offered
to help with the parser, but
have not seen anything yet unnless I missed some email (ping me if that is
the case please)

- Paul who recently joined - welcome - seems to be using a parser and
identifying issuesrelating to the parsin

but what parser?

what domain?
