Lights, camera, actions (and other issues)!

Hello all,

I went through the issues in our GitHub repo and categorised the ones I
could as either 'symbols' or 'well-known destinations' - interestingly this
still left a number of others. I also closed some.

I added a couple of actions (manually) arising from our meeting today. I was
not yet able to add Abhinav to the reading one, but I will do as soon as
Roy's able to add Abhinav to the repository.

'Actions' in the W3C sense, are issues with the label 'action' and a due
date specified in a certain way in the initial comment on the issue. GitHub
doesn't recognise these, but we have / I'm working on tooling that does.

Best regards,

Matthew
