Review: WAI-Adapt Content Module

Hi all,

I’ve created a PR #222<https://github.com/w3c/adapt/pull/223> for the WAI-Adapt Content Module<https://raw.githack.com/w3c/adapt/symbols-only-content/content/index.html> to include only symbols with the changes discussed on today's call:

  *   Update the example in the Candidate Recommendation exit criteria
  *   Delete old files no longer in use
