Re: Review: WAI-Adapt Content Module

I've just pushed a significant rewirte of Sharon's PR. My intent is to
clarify that we're advancing AAC at this time, and only AAC. Therefore,
talking about "attributes" in the plural does not help us, because we're
only advancing one attribute for now.

I got as far as the Terms section. The rest should be similarly edited,
imo. Else, we're confusing our audiences.
