Fwd: Removing "Editor's Note: At risk of implementation" from six values

Hi all,

In Content Module, 3.1.4 Values, the following Values were flagged with "At
risk pending implementations." This is standard W3C speak, expressing our
impression that these particular values may be at risk of not getting two
independent implementations with RFC 2119 "MUST"

   - brightness
   - channel
   - loop
   - media-position
   - temperature
   - volume

On the call today we decided that the entire spec is subject to this
requirement, so we are removing the note on just these six values.
