I *believe* from past experience fixing interop with Content-Disposition (both spec-wise and in Firefox) it might actually work. But having said that - that would be kind of an experiment, and I'm not sure this WG wants to run this experiment right now. (the concrete proposal for that could be then as simple to relax the rules for sf-string to include octet sequences of the UTF-8 encoding of non-ASCII characters) Best regards, Julian
