Small mistake in section 16.2

Hi,

In Section 16.2 of the deltav document we specify that:

"A WebDAV versioning client should be designed to handle a mixture 
of 200 (OK) and 404 (Forbidden) responses"

I believe the 404 code is wrong, it should be 403.
