i'm not steven, nor do i play him on TV, but i think i can provide you with
a real-life example of the type of site he described -- when i tried to get
the phone number of the hotel from the hotel's web site in advance of
attending the june face2face meetings in amsterdam, i couldn't get past the
first page:
<http://www.hotel-prinshendrik.nl/>
the only link which JFW could discern led to a site statistics (page hits)
page... i had to have someone sighted get the information for me (and, of
course, i was interested in exactly how the site was/is constructed...
