- The objective of the discussion is to get an idea where the WG 
participants stand on the XML style issues, in advance of the 
discussions during F2F10:
  * Abbreviated tags VS full names
  * Rigid RDF [13] VS concise XML [14] (and all in between)
  * Intro to Hassan's BLD2XML tool [12]
