Good day, all. Now many from us put address "public-html@w3.org" to string "to" (first copy of letter), and personal mail-address in "bc" or "bcc" (second copy of letter). Thus person get two copy of letter. It's bad. Besides that, if user answer to second copy of message, then his letter go to other person instead to WorkGroup.
