But there is a huge difference between
<blockstrong>
<p>lorem</p>
<p>ipsum</p>
</blockstrong>
 and
<p><strong>Lorem</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ipsum</strong></p>.

In the first case, you'va got one strongly emphasized (?) block of
information. In the second, you've got two separated blocks...
