I think meeting regularly, even if for a short call, has value. I’m free tomorrow too.

I think this would be a good idea. Interestingly, I ran into TimBL at the Extend the Web Summit last week in San Francisco, and he brought out his laptop to show me Gitter! Seems like the way of the future, so experimenting with it now seems like a good idea!

As for WebEx, I’m not a big fan, but whatever gets the job done. We should try it, and maybe something like Google Hangouts on a different call. I’ve also used Uber Conference (https://www.uberconference.com <https://www.uberconference.com/>) for meetings, which might be another alternative.
