The relative-position property is permitted on: fo:table-and-caption fo:table fo:table-caption fo:table-header fo:table-footer fo:table-body fo:table-row fo:table-cell However, the position properties (right, left, top, bottom) are not listed as applicable to the above FOs under the definition of these FOs. If the value of relative-position is "relative", then these position properties would be required to specify the relative offset. Now, to come to a more interesting problem, how would the use of relative-offset with a value of "relative" on the following FOs impact the border collapse behavior: fo:table-header fo:table-footer fo:table-body fo:table-row fo:table-cell Would the use of relative positioning on any of these FOs disqualify it for participation in border collapsing?
