I think the answer is that if a list-valued attribute participates in a
keyref, the whole attribute (the concatenation of the tokens) must be equal
to the referenced key. In other words, no.

Subject: Keyref from an NMTOKENS list
Hi,
If I have an attribute of the type NMTOKENS is it then possible to define
one or even different keyrefs for the positions in that list?
Regards,
Hans
