Senior Product Manager - Wireless Handset

Confidential Client designs and delivers IP based instant communication solutions for wireless networks.  Client's products enables today's wireless data networks to deliver high-margin voice services.  This standards-based solution provides real-time communication services such as Push-To-Talk that combine the flexibility of mobile messaging with the ease-of-use of voice.  The end-to-end, IP-based solution creates significant new revenue streams and delivers superior "return on bandwidth" for mobile operators.


Senior Product Manager.  7+ years work experience.  Very technically capable handset (client) cell-phone experienced product managers.  You MUST have GSM/GPRS experience, and knowledge of standardization processes, plus real experience on cell phones and related applications data and/or voice.  Ideal candidate would be a former developer (who did engineering) and transitioned to the product side.  Business degree is a real plus, but an engineering degree with strong business and user sense & Product Management experience is a necessity.


Must have handset program management from a major handset company 
Must have Project and program management type skills in a very fast paced environment.
