Hi Folks, Are you developing XML Schemas? Have you clearly identified and documented your design objectives? Have you considered the needs of the instance document authors that must use your Schemas? Have you considered the needs of the other Schema designers who will use your Schema? The importance of defining and documenting the objectives of your Schemas cannot be underestimated. Without design objectives you have no guiding principles in developing the Schemas, and you have no metric for evaluating the goodness of your Schemas.
