XBuilder - Schema Editor

I am a developer and have designed and developed a  XML Schema Editor (Xbuilder). The XBuilder builds schemas conforming to the latest specs of May 2 , 2001 of w3.org. I would like to seek advise and help as to how to  present this product for a quality check by the consortium. Please advise me on the neccessary steps and procedures required. 

Presently we are in a process of developing the trial versions of the software and would be shortly uploading it in our web site http://www.dpsindia.com
