Future developments of XML-Schema ?

    Hello all,

Is there a W3C document giving a roadmap of future developments of
XML-Schema?

In other words: is there an XML-Schema version 2 planned?
If yes, what new functionalities are likely to be added?
In particular, is there a plan to add variables or parameters to the
language (a bit like in XSLT)?
