ANNOUNCEMENT: Xerces 2 Java Parser Beta 4 Release

Earlier this week, the Xerces-J team announced the release of the Xerces 2
Java Parser, Beta 4.

This release now contains, among other features, full XML Schema support
(with complete constraint checking).    XML Schema support was redesigned
and reimplemented in Xerces 2.
