Hi all,
Clause 3.2 of Element Locally Valid (Element) is mentioned many time in the
spec, in the form of "... is (not) satisfied / did (not) apply". The
content of such clause is:
"3.2 If {nillable} is true and there is such an attribute information item
and its ·actual value· is true , then all of the following must be true:
3.2.1 The element information item must have no character or element
information item [children].
3.2.2 There must be no fixed {value constraint}."
Then to determine whether 3.2 is satisfied or did apply, should we consider
3.2.1 and 3.2.2. That is, if "nillable == true" and "xsi:nil == true", but
one of 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 is not satisfied, whether 3.2 is satisfied (or did
apply)?
