New version of schema document for XML Schema up from Henry S. Thompson on 2000-10-13 (xmlschema-dev@w3.org from October 2000)

The 'schema for schemas' [1] has been restructured, to consist of a
single document.  It should correspond to the same schema as the old
pair of schema documents.  XSV still works, but it's possible I've put
my foot through it in some as yet undetected way -- please let me
know.
