new version of the xmlschema validator

I just visited the following site
http://cgi.w3.org/cgi-bin/xmlschema-check to validate
some schemas I created.

This site says that the schema validator has been
updated with a newer version and to start using the
new one. (then there is a link to the new site) I
have tried to check several schemas with the new tool
and I keep getting the same error, consistently.

Problems with the schema-validity of the target

::: Warning:

Even when my schemas do not have any include
statements in them, I still get this error.

I was able to validate the same schemas using the
older version of this validator just 2 days ago.

Is the new verion of the schema validator, in fact
working?

If anyone has experienced similar problems or could
help me get the new W3C validator working, I would
appreciate it.

Thank you.
