The text could use some clarification. The original text is: "Senders must not send messages that has a Fault element in the body and also additional elements. If a receiver receives such a message, the implications are undefined." I suggest: "A sender must not send a message body that contains any child elements in addition to one Fault element. The implications are undefined for the receiver of a message containing such additional elements." ............................................ David C.
