:I feel like I'm stuck in a class discussion in Philosophy 101 :discussing :empiricism, having a great time talking about the true nature of :naming, but not getting anywhere fast. : :Discuss: : :"Are two Resources that are Identified by Different Identifiers :the Same Resource?" : This is less farcical perhaps, than it seems. It would surely be a fine thing if we here were not to make basic philosophical errors with respect to naming, marking, identifying and referencing entities, that might hamstring happenings in the future. All the more so since that area of analytic philsophy has seen much activity in the latter half of this century (I'm still in the twentieth century). Anyone familar or have on/off line references for modern reference theory, that might be relevant for this list? -Bill
