Proposed Schema for XML Encryption6

This attached schema isn't exactly right yet, but I tried to do some 
abstractions/generalization, called EncryptedKeyReference 
KeyRetrievalMethod, and had one or two other suggested name changes that I 
didn't make.

I also did some tweaks to the dsig schema that made this work. [1]
