XML 1.1 errata - should it include the "xml-" processing instruction target restriction that is in 1.0 Rev 5?

I noticed that the errata for XML 1.0 ( https://www.w3.org/XML/xml-V10-5e-errata <https://www.w3.org/XML/xml-V10-5e-errata> ) had changed things so the target of a processing instruction may not start with xml-.  Should that detail be added to the 1.1 errata?  https://www.w3.org/XML/xml-V11-2e-errata <https://www.w3.org/XML/xml-V11-2e-errata>
