Section 2.: "XML document MAY in addition be valid if it meets certain further constraints.]" Er, that MAY is not an RFC2119 "MAY", it's just an ordinary English conditional. It's saying that there is another class of XML documents called "valid" defined by meeting extra constraints. -Tim
