In the HTML version of the the review copy, there are spaces inside quotes where they are inappropriate. The problem comes from SGML record-end handling being applied to the file; there are cases of "<code>&gt; </code>" which HTML browsers interpret as "> " - not what was intended. The comment at the top of the review copy indicates that someone edited the HTML with ADEPT, which may have re-wrapped the line ends in the file. -Chris -- Christopher R.
