Proposal for issue #129: lacking examples in part 2, sec. 4.1

 Hello all. 8-)
 This is my personal proposal for resolving the issue #129. I
have been tasked by the ETF to look into this issue and this
proposal (or any other one resulting from discussion) will
probably be first handled by the ETF before putting it before the 
whole WG.
 I propose to close issue #129, because I find the following 
subsections (esp. 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4) to contain enough examples. 
Moreover, the array serialization rules, a significant part of 
section 4.1, will be mostly moved to section 4.4.2 by the 
accepted rewrite of said rules, further shortening the section 
4.1 and lessening the need for examples therein.
