It's taken a long time to get back to this while plowing through the
summer's old mail. I think this is a good idea to consider if and only if
it doesn't take us back to last call or otherwise delay the process (I
suspect it would.) We have surely made significant enhancements.

Subject: SOAP version
Given the Web Method feature, and its major architectural impact, I
wonder if the opportunity exists to change the SOAP version to 2.0 from
1.2?
Obviously not a huge deal, but it might make developers ask "Hmm, I
wonder why the major version change?". I guess the question is, would
the process allow for this to happen at this stage?
