Re: I-D on HTTP resource state model

It has the feel of a bit of land-grab:  first one to get their viewpoint
down in writing "wins."  Or perhaps like one of those congressional
actions where individual pork-barrels are attached to major funding
bills.  Perhaps it would go down more smoothly if there at least
acknowledgement of the presence of other points of view.

As for non-meta-comments:  how does a multi-page form fit into this
model?
