XML Palsers for different browers

Dear Sir / Madam

   Nowaday, many people thought we can use the XSL to transform the XML into
different HMTL formats for browsers , such as TV browsers , PALM browser
...,   but the problem is the XML parser, do you know where I can download
the XML parsers for different browsers?
