Many validation rules and component constraints for facets in Part 2 refer to 
properties of the containing STD without actually being explicit about it.  We 
could change e.g. "{base type definition}" to "*owner*'s {base type 
definition}" throughout, now that we've defined *owner* appropriately 
generally. . .
