In Appendix F, Regular Expressions, of XML Schema Part 2: Datatypes, the IsBlock production [38] only allows letters, digits and the hyphen for the block name, but the block name "Latin-1Supplement" contains a digit. The production should allow at least the digit 1 to accommodate this block name or (preferably, in my opinion) allow all decimal digits 0-9. --Bruce Sinclair
