As you know from the f2f, we agreed wrt the question of what prefix to
include in synthesised attributes added to the PSVI to hold defaults,
that nothing needed to be done, other than observe in passing that
serialisers have to deal with this, and doubtless they will.
Please let us know if you're happy with this resolution.
