fixed attribute on enumeration and pattern facets

Can "enumeration" and "pattern" have a "fixed" attribute?

The schema components in 4.2.4 and 4.2.5 don't have "fixed" properties
(unlike the components for other facets), yet the XML Representation
Summaries in 5.2.4 and 5.2.5 do have "fixed" attributes and the schema
for schemas seem to allow it.
